Service notice

  • At certain times, service outside of the regular schedule is offered.
  • Cancellations may occur due to strong winds, high waves, low visibility or other circumstances.
  • If the ship captain determines there is a safety problem, the ship may be forced to alter its planned route.
  • Occasionally, cancellation or delay may occur even during good weather (for example, when severe weather is forecasted).

Notice for passengers

  • All passengers are asked to wear life vests while on board.
  • Children younger than elementary school age must be accompanied by an adult.
  • If your party will include someone using a wheelchair, please inform the staff when purchasing tickets.
  • Please follow the directions of the crew while on board.
  • If you begin to feel ill or get injured while on board, inform a member of the crew immediately.
  • Do not participate in dangerous activity such as leaning out of the boat. Accidents which occur as a result of not following instructions of the crew are your own responsibility.
  • Please put your cellular phones on silent mode, and refrain from talking on the phone during the trip.
  • Smoking his prohibited while on board.
  • Please take any trash with you; do not leave anything on the boat.
